This Sealed Blood Crystal can be obtained by hunting the Emerald Horn, Dust Rider, Bloody Fly, Black Dagger Wing, Shadow Summoner, Spike Slasher, and Muscle Bomber that can be summoned from the Dragon Vortex in Dragon Valley.
