Lv. 2 - [SP: 15,000 / Adena: 300,000]
Lv. 3 - [SP: 100,000 / Item: 100 Proof of Blood]
Lv. 4 - [SP: 1,000,000 / Item: 5000 Proof of Blood]
Lv. 5 - [SP: 5,000,000 / Item: 10000 Proof of Blood]
You can get the Proof of Blood by hunting Krator and Torfe at Cruma Tower, and Blood Queen at Dragon Valley.
