He's been seen all over the place, in the Plains of the Lizardmen, the Dragon Valley, the Tower of Insolence and the Orc Barracks.
I don't think he'll stay in one place for too long, but I'm sure you'll be able to track him down and bring peace to the souls of the pets he's stolen.
