The Float was created in the Black Anvil Guild at the request of Amphitrite, the founder of the Fishing Guild, with the pratical application of a Soulshot
Similarly to Soulshots increasing the force of impact, the Float increases the chance of catching a fish.
It helps to reduce the number of failed hookings while fishing!
