You can enhance your equipment inserting special soul crystals in it.
A soul crystal can be inserted in items that have an appropiate slot for it. Soul crystals' properties change depending on the type of the equipment.
To insert a soul crystal, double-click it in your inventory or use the Insert Soul Crystal option from Enhancement and Services - Soul Crystals section of the Game Assistant dialogue.
